New Clients

New Here? Start With the Right First Step.

Whether you have a specific goal or just know something needs to change, we will help you find the right starting point — no pressure, no guesswork.

Your First Visit

What happens when you walk through the door.

Your initial visit is designed to be thorough, unhurried, and focused entirely on understanding your goals.

01

Health history review

We review your medical history, current medications, supplements, and any recent lab work you bring.

02

Goal discussion

Your provider listens to what you want to improve — energy, weight, recovery, hormones, sleep, or general wellness.

03

Optional scan or labs

Depending on your goals, your provider may recommend a body composition scan, baseline labs, or both.

04

Provider-guided recommendation

Based on your history and goals, your provider recommends specific services, frequency, and next steps.

05

Personalized plan

You leave with a clear plan — what to do, when to return, and what to expect as you progress.

Be Prepared

What to bring to your first visit.

  • Valid photo ID

Government-issued identification for your intake and records.

  • Medication & supplement list

A current list of all prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and supplements you take.

  • Recent lab results

If you have recent bloodwork or lab results from another provider, bring them along. This helps avoid duplicate testing.

  • Your health goals

Even a rough idea helps. Think about what you want to improve — energy, body composition, recovery, hormones, or overall wellness.

  • Comfortable clothing

If your visit includes a body scan or recovery therapy, wear or bring comfortable, form-fitting clothing.

New Client Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know exactly what I want before booking?

Not at all. Many of our clients start with a general wellness consultation. Your provider will listen to your concerns, review your history, and recommend the right services. You do not need to be an expert on treatments before walking in.

How long does the first visit take?

A wellness consultation typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes. If your visit includes a body scan or labs, plan for up to 90 minutes total. We build in extra time so your first visit never feels rushed.

Will I receive treatment on my first visit?

It depends on your goals. For direct-book services like IV therapy, recovery, or body scans, treatment happens at your first session. For medical services like hormone optimization or weight loss, your first visit focuses on assessment and eligibility — treatment begins once your provider has reviewed labs and your health profile.

What does a consultation cost?

A new client wellness consultation starts at $195. This includes a thorough health history review, goal discussion, and provider-built recommendations. If a body scan or labs are added, those are priced separately and discussed before proceeding.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Lumen Health House is a cash-pay wellness clinic. We do not bill insurance. This model allows us to spend more time with each client, keep pricing transparent, and offer a broader range of wellness services. We can provide documentation if you wish to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

Can I bring a friend or partner to my visit?

Yes. You are welcome to bring someone to your consultation or recovery session. For services that involve sensitive health discussions or exams, your provider will confirm your preference at the start of the visit.
