That said, you do not need to be a member to visit. Every service at Lumen can be booked individually at full price. Memberships simply make it more affordable and more structured for clients who plan to return regularly.

Transferability
Monthly credits are non-transferable and tied to the individual member. Guest passes may be shared.
Medical Eligibility
Services involving prescriptions, hormones, or medical protocols still require eligibility review, labs, and provider approval — regardless of membership tier.
Membership Consultation
A membership consultation is optional but recommended. Your provider can help match a tier to your goals and build an ongoing wellness plan.
Billing
Memberships are billed monthly to the payment method on file. Your first month is prorated based on your start date.

Can I change my membership tier later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your provider can help you decide if a different tier better matches your evolving goals.
What happens to unused credits?
