Pacific Northwest Virtual Care is seeking a Telehealth Clinical Lead to oversee clinical operations for a growing virtual care platform serving patients in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. This role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership, quality oversight, and team development.
The ideal candidate brings experience in telehealth delivery, clinical supervision, and quality improvement. You will lead a team of 12 remote clinicians, manage clinical protocols, and work closely with the medical director to ensure high-quality virtual care.

Key Responsibilities
What you will do
- Provide direct patient care via telehealth for 60% of scheduled time
- Supervise and mentor a team of 12 remote clinicians
- Develop and maintain clinical protocols for virtual primary and urgent care
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcome tracking
- Collaborate with technology team on platform usability and clinical workflow
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance review processes
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required
- Active NP or PA-C license in at least one PNW state (WA, OR, or ID)
- 3+ years of clinical experience, including telehealth delivery
- 1+ year of clinical supervision or team leadership experience
- Comfort with EHR systems and virtual care technology platforms
Preferred
- Multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain
- Experience with clinical quality measurement and reporting
- Background in chronic disease management programs
- Familiarity with telehealth compliance and documentation standards
